[edit] Description
This game is the successor to Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns. An official description can be found here.
[edit] Troubleshooting
- Error "1155: File <path>/INSTMSIA.EXE not found"
- See Microsoft Installer for an explanation and work-around instructions.
- Installer unpacks files then crashes
- Set
winver="win98"and apply the above fix. The installer should run fine.
[edit] Unresolved Issues
- Installer takes forever registering the game:
- Kill it and manually create the
games.inifile. This is messy but appears to be the only method.
- Title screen loads and then nothing happens.
- No cause or fix is known, as a result game is non-working.
- Title screen loads, then Kohan crashes.
- Cedega 4.3.2 appears to have made some progress, as now the game will get somewhere and then crash instead of pausing forever. However, this game is still non-running.
- Still true in 5.2.2, installed no problems, doesn't run.
