[edit] Notes
- This game and its demo are only available through Steam, so you need Steam up and running as well as a Steam account (free registration required, yadda yadda)
[edit] Issues
- The demo works mostly when run from Steam, but all the text displayed with the neat fake-oriental font is corrupted beyond recognition.
To fix the text issue, disable the 'FreeType and XRender' option in the Cedega configuration that is used to run Steam. This will make all of the game's text readable, though it will no longer use the fancy font. Note that turning this option off will fix the game itself, but will cause text issues with Steam - much of the text in Steam will no longer be displayed. Because of this, do not turn off Freetype until AFTER the install is complete, and become familiar with Steam enough that you will be able to launch the game with most of the text missing (look for the game's 'yin-yang' icon in the 'My games' table).
Since the full game and demo differ very little, the full game likely has the same problem with text, and can be fixed by the same method.
